Ella Rusnacko

Ella is a public health professional with experience in the development and implementation of community health programs and analysis of health-related outcomes. She is driven by community-led solutions to elevate health quality and improve equity outcomes. As our Quality Improvement Program Manager, Ella oversees the delivery of all health programs and works directly with hospital teams to implement quality improvement initiatives for perinatal health across the state of Minnesota.
