Providing care for young children can stir up intense reactions in caregiving staff. In fact, research shows that the challenges that some young children have to endure can create stress in their caregivers. This workshop will discuss some of the reasons this work is so hard, present real-life examples, and consider ways to handle challenges that occur within ourselves and staff.
